Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any free gifts included with the specific item are returned.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
